Move fast, deliver excellence

We live or die by how fast we get things done. Speed is the most important advantage that startups have. But we refuse to accept the false tradeoff that speed comes at the expense of quality.

We set aggressive timelines that the world tells us are impossible. We don't depend on external folks for our core timelines, whether they are vendors, restaurant partners, or even other teams. We cannot and will not move at someone else's pace.

We set our own timelines and find a way to make them happen. When setting timelines, we default to thinking in hours and days, not weeks and months.

We do this while expecting high standards from each other. Because building things quickly isn't enough. We must also be proud to sign our name to the things we build.
